The NRL Grand Final 2013 will be played on at ANZ Stadium in Sydney.

The NRL bowed to fan demands in 2008 to play the Grand Final in the afternoon and the NRL Grand Final kickoff will be at 5.20 PM.

Bledisloe Cup 2013 Sydney

The fixture is out for the 2013 Bledisloe Cup Series and the Qantas Wallabies will have to encounter two away trips to New Zealand in order to claim back the trophy that has alluded them since 2002.

The Series will kick off with a home match in Sydney, where our boys will have to get off to a winning start, before crossing the Tasman and taking on the All Blacks in Wellington and for the first time in over 10 years at Dunedin.

A-League All Stars v Manchester United 2013 ANZ Stadium

It’s one of the biggest football matches Australia has ever seen – the world’s biggest football team, Manchester United, will play an A-League All Stars team at ANZ Stadium, Saturday 20th July 2013.
This will be Manchester United’s only match in Australia as coach Sir Alex Ferguson takes his full squad around Asia.
Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie, Nani, Nemanja Vidic, the Welsh wizard Ryan Giggs and the evergreen Paul Scholes will all feature.
The All Stars will represent the best of the Hyundai A-League with the team to be selected by fans.
It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the English Premier League superstars against the Hyundai A-League’s big names.

STONE Music Festival Sydney 2013

TWO great rock artists of all time – Billy Joel & Van Halen – have been confirmed to headline the inaugural STONE Music Festival to be held over two days at ANZ Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st April 2013.
STONE Music Festival will be an incredible once-in-a-lifetime Aussie celebration and the only place fans will get to see these international superstars in Australia in 2013.
Billy Joel ranks will be a night to remember with an extraordinary one-off exclusive performance.
Van Halen has not toured Australia since 1998.  Reunited with dynamic, charismatic front man David Lee Roth, a global smash hit recent album – A Different Kind Of Truth – their first in 12 years and ranked Top 5 in the ARIA charts in 2012, Van Halen are back armed with all their hits. The band’s one-off exclusive show on Saturday 20 April will be the first time the original founding line up of David Lee Roth, Eddie Van Halen and Alex Van Halen have graced our shores.
An array of international and Australian rock acts will also feature in the two day line-up including Buckcherry, Richie Ramone, Lifehouse and rock supergroup Kings of Chaos, including members of legendary band Guns N’ Roses.

Australian International Motor Show

Sydney Showground & the Australian International Motor Show Joint Venture have confirmed that the 2014 and 2016 Sydney-based Motor Shows will now be held at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.

The 2012 Australian International Motor Show in October will remain at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre (SCEC) which is scheduled to close at the end of next year, in preparation for an extensive three-year expansion and redevelopment project – leaving the Sydney Shows in need of a new venue.

A number of options were reviewed with the first-class Sydney Showground exhibition facilities at Sydney’s Olympic Park finally decided as the home for the 2014 and 2016 Shows.
